Returns Made Simple
We want you to love every item you order from us! But if something’s not quite right, no worries—we’ve got a 14-day return window. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Make sure your item is safely packed in its original packaging before handing it over to your preferred shipping carrier. Please note: items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll jump in quickly to sort things out and make it right.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Some items can’t be returned, including:
- Custom products (like personalized or special orders)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Discounted or final sale items

Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest way is to return your current item, then place a new order once your return is accepted. That way you’ll get exactly what you’re looking for without the wait.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll issue it right back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may need a little extra time to post it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, drop us a note at Tracy@trenehf.com so we can check in.
Store Credit Option
Planning to shop with us again? You can choose store credit instead of a refund. Your credit will be ready to use toward any future purchase—easy and convenient!
